Based in Park City, Utah, Daniel Bayer creates expressive paintings that explore family, landscape, and wildlife. Blending classical Impressionist influences with an intuitive, experimental approach and a distinct cartoonish line, his work reflects the beauty of the local mountain surroundings. After a career in software consulting, Dan returned full-time to his lifelong passion for visual art where he is now a member of the Create PC Art Collective. When not in the studio, he works as a local ski guide and protects local wildlife from his cat, Strider.
